Summer Heat in TDCJ

This announcement was for last summer, but it certainly applies as we look forward to the summer of 2010.

We are greatly concerned about the well-being of our loved ones behind bars as we see the extreme temperatures that we are already experiencing this summer (2009).  Attached is the TDCJ Document, "Summer Heat Preparations".  Although we have not received an updated copy, the 2008 rules/suggestions should still be accurate as we have not noticed any particular change from year to year in the past.
