Texas Pro Se Prisoner Support is a sole proprietorship. It is my opinion that there are many prisoners and their families in need of assistance in dealing with the varied and often complex issues arising from incarceration. It is my goal to provide that assistance at a fraction of the cost of an attorney. It has been my experience through my own incarceration that trying to get something as simple as information from those within the system is all too often met with indifference, if not outright denial and hostility. This is because the system usually takes full advantage of what you do not know, and not knowing what to do when faced with such a predicament can be disheartening and depressing.
At Texas Pro Se Prisoner Support I know what to do and enjoy being able to help others. However, this is not a non-profit organization and I do not receive any funding so I must charge something for my services. I understand that finances are generally strained after having endured the courts and incarceration. At the same time though I do my best to keep your cost to a minimum and the more help you are able to provide the lower your cost will be. While I cannot and do not offer any guarantee regarding results from my efforts, I can and do guarantee that I will do my all in assisting you in your objective. It is my hope that you will never need any assistance in dealing with the system. Unfortunately this is a naïve view since the majority of prisoners at some point suffer some type of injustice at the hands of those entrusted to provide for them.
